Stories and Writing Posts I've Enjoyed from the Blogging Community

The Bone Ships by R. J. Barker comes out today! It seems somehow fitting that these sea-related stories have also been posted recently, and check out three other great reviews of the book:

A Pitch Black Ship by Nopoodles

Fort and Light by Jennifer M. Zeiger

The Bone Ships review from Devouring Books

The Bone Ships review from Paul’s Picks

The Bone Ships review from Witty and Sarcastic Bookclub

Stories I’ve Enjoyed

The Raid from A Stroke of Originality – a short story inspired by the planned raids of Area 51

The Idiom Wizard: Chapter 15 by Author A. R. Curry – a fun middle grade story. This is chapter 15, but it provides a brief rundown of what’s happened so far

WP – Haunted by Autumn Rain – a delightfully haunting story perfect for Fall

Book Releases

Along Came a Spider by Author C. R. Garmen – a horror novel involving a deadly spider

A Story to Tell by Lisa R. Howeler – A Christian women’s fiction story, but a good read for anyone. Available in both ebook form and as a series of blog posts.

2 Free eBooks AND My New Book Half Off from Author A. R. Curry

  1. I had no idea you had shared mine! Thank you! I just came here to see what other good links you had! I also have to go back and read the parts of your story because somewhere I missed one and was going back to find where I skipped!

    1. Hmm, that’s interesting. Usually the posts I link to get a pingback so the blogger is notified. I’m not sure what went wrong, but I’m glad you stopped by. I really loved A Story to Tell and I hope more people get a chance to read it.

      1. I don’t know what happened either! I don’t see the ping back but my daughter has been sleeping like crud this week – therefore so am I. Lovely weather change messing up her sinuses

      2. We’ve been in a similar boat with the sleep. Maybe I accidentally did something. Over the past year or so I would see bloggers talking about pingbacks not working now and then. Hopefully that’s what’s going on and it’ll be fixed soon.

      3. Other bloggers have talked periodically about pingbacks not working. It’s never happened to me before, so I’m hoping that’s all this is and next time they’ll work. I love sharing posts and it makes me sad some won’t even know I’ve shared their post.
