The Bloggers I Love: Beautiful, Authentic Souls Edition

The Bloggers I Love: Beautiful, Authentic Souls Edition

While compiling the stories, writing related posts, and book reviews I had enjoyed each week, I noticed that, as much as I tried to share a post from different bloggers each week, there were still some that made the list almost every week, so I’d like to share why I adore them. There are also other bloggers I read religiously. They don’t necessarily write stories or focus on talking about writing, but they still have their own stories to tell. So, please, I hope you take a look at some of the bloggers I love.

This week, I would like to invite you to check out some of the most authentic, inspirational, and absolute beautiful souls I feel blessed to read.

Brooke Cutler – This beautiful soul of a lady has the deepest soul I’ve ever encountered. Her bits of life, poetry, and prose constantly move me and, sometimes, when I need the touch of a beautiful, pure soul, I reread her posts. The magic that flows from her burrows in my heart and I can’t help but feel like a better person whenever I read her words. Thank you, Brooke, for all the beauty you spread.

Housewife Hustle – This lady positively oozes authenticity and positivity. Even when she isn’t feeling her best, she somehow manages to put a positive spin on it. Her blog is a beautiful combination of parenting, life, body positivity, and blogging. I’ve loved seeing her grow and live her message. She’s so real and down to earth it’s like being able to sit down with a good friend three days a week.

Quirky Quip – I love blogs that just drip with authenticity, and this beautiful lady certainly does that! She’s honest about what she thinks and how she feels, even when it goes against the grain. Like Brooke, she’s been on a spiritual journey and inspires me every time. And a big congratulations to her as she just welcomed her first child!

Boondock Ramblings – I keep trying to come up with ways to describe Lisa’s blog and why I love it so much. Not only is it real and honest, but, really, everything she writes sings to my soul. In a strange way, reading her makes me feel heard, if that makes any sense. There is no way I can put into words the way I feel every time I read one of her posts, so I hope this is enough for you to go and check her out.

Take a look at some other bloggers I adore, as well as catch up on The Lily Cafe Digest, here.

  1. Oh, good HEAVENS Kat. You are just the SWEETEST thing. ๐Ÿ’•Your beautiful words have touched me so deeply. Itโ€™s amazing how our human connections can inspire us to keep connecting with the parts of us that we need to connect to. Itโ€™s always been a two way street with you and I. I feel so lucky to have stumbled across โ€˜homeโ€™ in this little bloggy place of ours. And you, girlfriend, are the sister I always look forward to coming back to, here. ๐Ÿ’ž xx

    1. Brooke, you are the epitome of beautiful words! You make me laugh, smile, and cry so easily. The Internet is a truly wondrous place, for how else could I have had my soul be touched by a soul as lovely as yours? I absolutely agree; this is such an amazing home we have, an incredible place where distance can be folded.

  2. kat! How did I miss this post!? I was looking for this post so I could find some new bloggers (linking from today’s post) and was shocked to see mine pop up in your list! Those words were so nice (and no, I’m not being fake dramatic here!) that I felt weepy! Sometimes I feel like I’m writing into a vacuum, but then I make connections on here and I end up not feeling so alone. With selling our house I am so behind on blog reading, but since it is almost Christmas, it seems like the requests for showings are slowing down, giving me more time to read blog posts and catch up on your blog and others!

    1. Well, for about 2 weeks I had issues with getting my posts published, so that might be why you missed it. I scheduled them to post, but kept having to go back to manually post them, so I’m not surprised if they slipped through the cracks. I just love your blog and how honest you are in everything you write that I can’t help but want to share it with everyone. Blogging can often be lonely, but I am a very loyal reader of yours and I hope others will be as well. Best of luck selling your house! I imagine it must be stressful, so I hope things go smoothly for you and your family.

      1. Youโ€™re right about blogging being lonely. A lot of people read but donโ€™t comment. One time I told someone I had written a blog post about it and they said โ€œyeah. I saw it.โ€ But didnโ€™t say they liked it so I gathered they could care less. Lol. I donโ€™t share with friends much anymore – mainly because I donโ€™t have too many IRL friends. Oh my gosh, my life is so sad! ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚ thank you for being a loyal reader. I am of yours too which is why I was disappointed I had missed so many.

      2. Yes, it’s so true! People my husband and I know have said they’re interested in my blog, and then I never see or hear from them about it. It just makes this blogging community so much lovelier, because at least there’s someone out there who takes the time to like or comment. The funny thing is, I do this to feel less lonely. Like you, I don’t have many friends, so what I have here is more than what real life has to offer me, but it’s still so lonely. Sometimes it’s like shouting into a void, but I try to tell myself it’s worth it if there’s just one person who even looks at the words I write.
