I couldn’t agree more! Just because stereotypes about stay at home moms exist doesn’t mean all stay at home moms fit them and being a stay at home mom doesn’t mean you have to try to be like every other one. I, for one, shower and dress every single day even when it’s just me and my 2 toddlers and alcohol makes me gag. Yet I’m still a stay at home mom.

      Haha, I don’t have any, but I’ve heard they’re quite handy! I have heard of the leggings skit, and heard it was really funny, but haven’t seen it yet. Thanks for the link and I’ll be watching it as soon as I don’t have a toddler sleeping on me.

      No problem! I just say that because I’ll often get comments that directly respond to the post, usually thanking the writer for sharing their story, saying how beautifully written it was, and otherwise saying how it touched them. I’ve previously encouraged the author to respond to the comments, but they never do and I always feel awkward saying, “yes, the author did write a remarkable post!”
